Brugge Tower (Rescue Art)
I call this type of work rescue art - sometimes (more often than I like to think about it) the block prints that I do, do not turn out as I had hoped. So I will take the imperfect print and embellish it - with this one, applied water soluble ink to some of the lines of the building, the applied a soft mist of water to create a bleed - then photographed it and applied software on my smart phone to the picture in an effort to adjust the color and lines
Multicolor Butterfly Block Prints
I attempted a different technique for inking my blocks - I used a paint brush to apply different colors and then printed - the second print was done pre-printed paper given to me by my friend, Serena.
