   -  In this process, I applied alcohol ink to the dura lar - then I decided to dry the alcohol ink with a heat gun.   as I was drying the ink, the dura lar began to soften and start to form an irregular shape.  I did the vase first and decided (while talking to my son that the result softened dura lar looked like a vase. I applied the vase to a backing sprayed silver.  And filled the vase with dried leaves and plants.; and also added some silk plants to add color -then I used the same process that i used to make the apple beside the vase.  ;

 

 The two printed in turquoise on brown paper are batik versions of the print
